SBFS-Group provide services covering all process flow chart of a project, starting from project initiation, going through execution and monitoring, to project validation, handover & close out. During these different steps, SBFS-Group will cover the definition of project scope, cost, risk analysis, and the planning schedule, coordinating, and executing projects according to specific requirements and constraints.

SBFS-Group perform some or all of the activities related to project work, from conceptualization to completion. Emphasis is placed on creating and maintaining project milestones and the project schedule. The end goal is to complete the project on time and within budget.
